What is your shipping policy?

Shipping will be based on weight and location. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available.

I will not be responsible for any cause after the product has been sent through the third party shipping company.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs

For customized food art, the delivery costs are varied according to the delivery methods and destination. Any delivery times quoted are in working days. 

For art-prints, it is free shipping within the Netherlands and it is flat rate shipping cost for Rest of The World (see the shop page).

When will I receive my order?

I do my best to ensure your order arrive in timely manner. Local orders and international orders will have different timeline. I will contact you as soon with the tracking information and other necessary information.

All packaged are carefully packed depends on the weight and location. Additional charges may apply.

Can I cancel my order?

Once the order is paid, I don’t accept cancellations

Items can’t be returned or exchanged unless they are arrived damaged or defective because of the shipping agent.

We don’t accept refund based on the customer preference.

Can I modify, copy or publish?

You may not modify, copy, publish, license, sell or otherwise commercialize the food art that has been made by Sekar Nareswari unless there is prior agreement.

Can my order be refused?

I may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of so refusing or by reason of unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

What is the payment procedure?

You are required to pay down payment 50% of the total cost. This amount is not refundable due to the timeline that I am specially scheduled for you and the material I buy.

What is included in the price?

Offline Workshop:

Materials, tools, module, the knowledge & skill in team building training and food art and time of working.

Place and cost of traveling are not included.

Online Workshop:

Module, the knowledge & skill in team building and food art, time of working. Materials and tools are not included.

Can I cancel my order before the workshop date?

Cancellation can be made a week before the workshop day upon agreement but the down payment is not refundable.
